FREE Shipping on all orders: All orders ship for free to addresses in the United States. No minimums or restrictions. We ship primarily via UPS Ground, though in some instances we will use USPS.  All orders for in-stock merchandise placed on business days before noon Central Time will ship the same day. Orders placed for in-stock merchandise after noon will ship the next business day. We offer expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air) for the actual shipping charges. These amounts will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

FREE Returns on all orders: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it for a full refund. There are no restocking fees or anything like that – what you paid is what you get back. Click here to request a prepaid UPS return label.

How long do I have to return or exchange my online purchase? The short answer is 30 days. The long answer is you may return your purchase within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, and you may return it for an exchange or a refund. There are no restocking fees or anything like that. Please note that our online return policy is more lenient than our in-store return policy (see below). This is to allow for shipping times both ways as well as to give you a chance to really try out your order.

May I return my online purchase in your brick-and-mortar store? Absolutely. We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase however and wherever is most convenient for you.

How long do I have to return or exchange something I purchased in your store? Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Hey, this is defective! or Hey, this isn’t what I ordered! We inspect everything for quality and accuracy before it is shipped out, but occasionally we do miss something. If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us or call us at 608-238-3509. We will send out a new item immediately along with a pre-paid return label. Needless to say, there are no additional charges.

Where is my refund? We issue refunds for the amount of your purchase to your original payment method as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of receiving your return. An email is sent automatically to you to let you know that a refund has been issued. However, depending on your credit card company, it may take up to seven business days for a refund to make its way through the banking system and post to your account. In other words, banks are very fast at taking your money, but slow giving it back. To verify that you received your refund, you may want to contact the card issuer for the most up to date information. If you believe you did not receive your refund, please contact us, we are happy to look it up for you.

Please note: we can only issue refunds to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Taxes: Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax. No tax is applied when shipping to addresses outside of Wisconsin.

Privacy:  Morgan’s Shoes respects and values your privacy. Sure, everyone says this, but we really mean it. We are more than a little paranoid about our own private information. We will never share your personal information, including your name, address, payment information and e-mail address, with anyone.

We do not keep your credit card information in any form. All of our internet transactions are handled by, one of the nation’s leaders in payment gateway security.

Email: We may occasionally contact you via email to inform you of certain promotions or events that we think you may be interested in. To opt out of these mailings you can simply follow the instructions at the bottom of these emails.
