Returns

Return shipping is paid for by the customer. If we are providing a shipping label, the return shipping price will be deducted from your refund. Returns for items purchased online must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns must be mailed back within 7 days of the accepted return request. Returns sent back after the 7 days may be charged a restocking fee.

Marked down or sale items are final sale. 

Returns must be mailed back in a package containing the item(s). This means that a shoe box must go inside of an appropriately sized shipping box to return them to us. All returns must be in new condition, meaning the item is unworn, clean and free from odor (fragrance/smoke). This includes the shoe box. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. 

If a return is sent back in unsellable condition, whether it be the product or the packaging, additional fees may apply.
