Please use this form to request a prepaid UPS return label. You will receive an email from UPS containing links to your prepaid return label as well as instructions on how to ship your return. You will need to have access to a printer to print the label. Please allow two business days to receive your label.
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund on the credit card used for the order. There are no restocking fees. We usually issue refunds within two business day of receiving your return. Please note that it may take up to seven business days for UPS to return your order to us. Also note that once a refund has been issued it may still take several days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. For the most up-to-date information on a refund that has been issued, we recommend you call your credit card company.
If you would like to exchange your order for something else, please provide a description of what you would like in exchange in the comment field. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

Refunds are available for request up to 7 days after receiving your order. Exchanges or store credit is available up to 30 days after receiving your order. Merchandise must still be in saleable condition to receive the refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns will be processed when we receive the merchandise and confirm it is still in good condition.
